CEO’S MESSAGE

Hi, as I write this, my heart is going through a storm of mixed feelings of happiness and sorrow. The good news is that I have secured admission into WHARTON BUSINESS SCHOOL. For those who are not aware, Wharton school of business - is ranked #5 in the world for its MBA program. It is a very prestigious ivy-league school. The sad part is that - I need to take a break at this point in my life. I need to introspect, go back to my roots, upgrade my skills and come back wiser, fresher and sharper.

Over these years, nurturing and growing GlobalVox has been my obsession. But for now, I am stepping down from my Role of CEO. Until we don’t identity the new CEO my confidantes Dean Kershaw, Pratik, Nate and Hiren would be distributing my role and responsibilities. Please note, that my role changes and nothing else, I was I am and I would still be part of GlobalVox Inc & GlobalVox solutions in the capacity of chairman and founder. My Hunt for the new CEO would continue and I ensure the organization we would find a perfect fit for this role. For those who have been in touch with me directly or indirectly - feel free to reach out to me for any technical or other help. The business continues as usual. Requesting you all to avoid any grapevines or chaos around this news and support the new bench of executives who step up to run the show. I believe in the our leadership team and I have no doubt in the capabilities of these gentlemen.

I have truly enjoyed shaping this organization and steering it all along for all these years by the support of all of you to bring it to where we are and I trust this organization is still in its teenage and has a lot of potential for growth and upward spins.

Thank you for all your patronage hard-work and integrity to show success.

The Eagle

What's the difference between a parrot and an eagle?

Well, a parrot talks way too much but can't fly high but an eagle is silent and has the willpower to touch the sky. Don’t be a parrot.

Sharing some attributes that we can learn from an eagle -

1. Eagles fly alone

- At high altitude eagles don't fly with sparrows, ravens and other small birds

- Learning - Stay away from narrow-minded people those that bring you down

- Eagles fly with eagles - people you hang around will eventually determine the person you become. So keep good company.

2. Eagles have vision

- Eagles have the ability to focus on something as far as five kilometers away no matter what the obstacles.

- The eagle will not move his focus from the prey until he grabs it

- Learning - Have a vision. Remain focused. Don't give up and you will succeed.

3. Eagles are fearless

- An eagle will never surrender to the size or strength of its prey.

- Learning - no target is big. No matter what the size or big your problems are don't give up instead be brave and face it.

- Successful people are fearless and they face problems head on

4. Eagles are tenacious/firm

- Eagles use the stormwind to lift themselves higher. Eagles use the raging storm to lift itself above the clouds.

- Rising high gives the eagle an opportunity to glide and rest its wings in the meantime all the other birds hide in the branches and leaves of the tree.

- Learning - adversities are disguised opportunities. My favorite saying is “If it does not kill you, it only makes you stronger”

5. Eagles never eat dead things

- Eagles only eat the meat from the prey they kill themselves.

- Learning - believe in yourself, fight your battles, keep looking for new frontiers to conquer

6. Eagles prepare for training

- Eagles - for their babies, remove the feather and the nest so that the young ones get uncomfortable in preparation for flying and eventually they fly when it becomes too unbearable to stay in the nest.

- Learning : Leave your comfort zone. As our CEO KV puts it, Nothing worthwhile can be achieved unless you leave your comfort zone.

7. Eagles possess vitality

- As an eagle grows old its feathers become weak. But the eagle does not give up. It goes through a painful process called Molting and grows new feathers and new beak and claws.

- Learning - There is a time when all of us need to - shed off old habits, remove all burdens, let go off things which do not add any value - REJUVENATE.
